Meet our founder

Tsciena White, MS, is a strategic solutions leader, connector, and builder who brings clarity to complexity, people into alignment, and ideas to life. Her career sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, communications, and people. That mix gives her a knack for seeing the big picture, spotting what needs to happen next, and pulling together the right people to make it happen.

She's built a multidisciplinary career across marketing, communications, product marketing, social media, digital experience, UX, and enterprise project management. Along the way, she's developed high-performing campaigns with nationally recognized organizations including the Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens, and led and hosted large-scale events featuring voices like Bernice A. King and Stephen A. Smith. Across all of it, she's played the same role: the bridge between vision and execution.

In her current role, Tsciena leads project management for enterprise-level experience projects. She guides complex initiatives across teams and functions, and looks for ways to make those teams work smarter along the way. Managing social media, websites, CRM initiatives, and digital programs for cross-functional teams has given her a real feel for how technology, communication, and human behavior come together to shape an organization's experience.

As a marketing advisor and entrepreneur, Tsciena teaches leaders and organizations what she calls "Digital Hospitality," a framework for building digital experiences that make people feel welcomed, understood, supported, and empowered. It connects the dots across websites, social media, CRM, and in-person engagement, so every touchpoint has a purpose and contributes to the relationship.

Service has been woven through Tsciena's life just as much as strategy has. She's led fundraising for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals through Dance Marathon, taught ninth-grade algebra as an AmeriCorps member, and continues to travel globally in support of nonprofits working in human rights, women's wellness, and religious freedom. For her, service isn't separate from leadership. It's part of how she understands it.

Tsciena is a proud Knight and Orange, earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and her master's in Digital Communications from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

As the founder of Corporate in Christ, Tsciena is building out a vision she received in prayer: a professional network helping people bring their faith and professional lives into greater alignment, individually and collectively. It's a community centered on wellness through prayer, excellence through leadership development, and meaningful relationships through collaboration and mentorship.

At the heart of it all is a simple conviction: God is raising up a generation of leaders after His own heart, leading for His glory and the good of everyone they influence. Corporate in Christ exists to be that space, where they can be healed, equipped, and supported to thrive.
